Krishnamurty Pammi

Krishnamurty Pammi is a program delivery transformation leader and a passionate agile coach with 26 years of industry experience. His expertise stems from his hands-on experience in institutionalizing end-to-end program governance leveraging agile methodologies As a program delivery leader, he led many critical delivery engagements where teams could able to achieve 10% to 15% year-on-year savings with the highest quality and customer delight. Having worked for many IT services and product companies, he contributed to the successful delivery of many large-scale programs that nurtured enriching client engagement and are of high value to businesses. As an agile coach, he coached and mentored many organization-wide agile transformations where teams transformed into pragmatic agile orbits with his expertise in agile methodologies and his hands-on ground experience.

Krishnamurty did his Master’s in Engineering from the University of Roorkee (now IIT- Roorkee) and M.B.A from Indira Gandhi National Open University. He is currently doing his Ph.D. at GITAM University where he is researching the topic “Customer-centric business process models with reference to Indian IT service sector Startups”. He also earned many industry-wide certifications like PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP, ITIL, and CSQA to his credit.

Krishnamurty finds his passion in sharing his knowledge as a speaker in many public forums and conferences on topics related to agile methodologies, Project management, and leadership.

Away from his industry realm, Krishnamurty finds his joy in teaching Mathematics to his children.

As a servant leader and hands-on experienced delivery transformation champion, Krishnamurty strives his best to contribute to the success of the teams on the ground day after day.
